Shipping

Kaivella Women Jewellery & Accessories ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched the same or next working day from the date you place your order. However, there may be slight delays at busy times, such as public holidays and in the run-up to Christmas. Orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed Friday and at weekends, will be send on Monday.

Our Standard Delivery comes with a tracking number and the package must be signed for on delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, then the parcel will be held at your local Post Office for your collection.

• For customers in the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for quick, secure delivery. Arrives in 2-3 working days after dispatch. FREE gift packaging.
• For our International customers, we use UPS Priority Mail International. Delivery time depends on the destination but is approximately seven working days. FREE gift packaging.
• For Express Delivery, please contact our Customer Service representatives.

If your order has not arrived by the time you expect, please contact us and we will confirm the date of dispatch and discuss the next steps to take.

We reserve the right to cover our delivery costs and charge extra for heavier or bulkier shipments. In such instances, the surcharge will be quoted for your acceptance before your order is finalised. Overseas customers are responsible for complying with their country’s importation laws and taxes and understand that all goods are shipped at the purchaser’s risk.

All prices you see on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclusive of Postage & Packing (P&P). Kaivella Women Jewellery & Accessories reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was advertised on the website at the time of your order.

Kaivella Women Jewellery & Accessories’s products can only be dispatched upon payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges. You can make online payment by card through our secure payment provider, Sagepay.
